SPOT Pediatric Medical Care Practice is more than a paediatric practice — it is a carefully curated ecosystem of independent specialist practitioners and therapists, all working together under one roof. Our collaborative model ensures your child has access to a full spectrum of expert care, seamlessly coordinated and deeply patient-centred.
Each practitioner and therapist at SPOT operates as an independent professional, bringing their own specialist expertise to the team. Together, they form a multidisciplinary network that supports the holistic well-being of every child and family we serve.

Wanzel Bruwer
I am a Registered Dietitian (2020) with a passion for supporting children and families, from picky eaters and failure-to-thrive infants to teens with disordered eating and mothers restoring their health. My approach is centered on providing nutritional guidance that is simple, sustainable, and enjoyable. As a Certified Lactation Consultant and IBCLC (2022), as well as a Pre- and Postnatal Coach, I am honored to support mothers throughout their breastfeeding journeys. I have assisted over 300 moms while building a successful practice, using evidence-based care to guide every stage of life. I strive to empower my clients with practical strategies for balanced living, connecting nutrition with lifestyle, mental wellness, and long-term health.
My motto: “You cannot live a full life on an empty stomach”, and “breastfeeding is natural, but not necessarily easy, but always worth it”.
Stephanie Jardine
I am a qualified paediatric Speech-Language Therapist with 13 years of clinical experience working with young children and their families. I have a particular passion for supporting late talkers, as well as children who experience difficulties with pre-reading skills and literacy development. Beyond my professional qualification, I am further trained in PROMPT therapy, DIRFloortime and Makaton (Level 1), and I am also an independent Phonographic reading and spelling therapist. I believe strongly in early intervention and in providing therapy that is evidence-based, engaging, and child-centred.
Outside of my professional role, I am a wife and a mom to two gorgeous children, and I love spending time outdoors with my family and our dogs. I’m inspired by all things bright, colourful, and sunny—both in life and in my work with children.
